In our fast-paced modern world where stressors impede or hinder the ability to navigate life’s complexities, I invite you to return home, to yourself through the restful awareness embodied within Yoga Nidra’s embrace.

The name Yoga Nidra is Sanskrit for “yogic sleep”, the liminal space between waking and dreaming; the place of stillness, healing, and insights. In this state the body sleeps, but the mind remains aware as the subconscious never sleeps. Our Story:

T Love, founder and CEO of Sojihuggles Children’s Foundation, witnessed a series of events that impacted her life as she knew it.

“Our most precious natural resource is our CHILDREN yet, the disparity between our country’s wealth and the condition of its children is unparalleled. Many children do not have the basic necessities – food, shelter, clothing. Sojihuggles Children’s Foundation is here to change that. We’re here to give children a fair chance in life.”

Our mission is to raise fund to provide underprivileged children with the basic necessities of life so they may grow and take advantage of opportunities allowing them to thrive, experience purpose in life, and contribute to society in meaningful ways.

We are run solely by volunteers. There are no salaries, compensation, or stipends given to anyone.

Our most recent initiative: raising funds to subsidize the cost of mental health therapy sessions for underinsured children who otherwise would not receive this much needed therapy.

Our children today constantly face a barrage of mental health challenges. We hear about it daily: mass shootings, bullying, social media dark persuasion – it’s everywhere and it’s non-stop.

Children are stuck on waiting lists simply because they cannot afford therapy.

Sojihuggles Children’s Foundation is filling that gap.
